baby #2

we had our ultrasound yesterday and are happy to report that

James Edward Paul III

is on his way, sometime around October 25:)

baby james looks healthy and strong. (well, about as strong as an 11 ounce munchkin can be!) the only concern was that they saw something that can be an indicator of high blood pressure in me, which is sometime i dealt with toward the end of my pregnancy with dylan.

i asked my midwife if there was anything i should do or eat to keep that in check, and she said no. that sounded kind of ridiculous, so i plan to do a little research...

...along with some baby boy shopping:)

YAY!! How exciting!! You'll have a 2nd little mommy with Dylan, too, I'm sure! Maddie loves cuddling and caring for her little brother! Congrats!

(i love how the nurse told you there is nothing you can do about high blood pressure. lol. that does sound kind of ridiculous!)

Oh joy! A baby boy! May God richly bless him and you as he grows. Isn't it surreal to see an ultra sound?
When I saw you within my womb, I felt as though I was privileged to see something that only God had seen before as the Psalmist says in Psalm 139. To God be the glory! Love, Mom [and Grandma:]!]

That is terrific! I'm sure you would have been happy either way, but having a boy will be so much fun.
